Carlos’ father has worked at Summit Client since 1993. Carlos has known about client company his entire life. Carlos was hired as a temp on August 24, 2009 as a Packer performing general labor tasks. Carlos became a permanent employee at client company Industries on May 24, 2010 and was promoted to Team Leader. Carlos has always had an interest in the Engineering department and worked extremely well with the department. While attending school and learning more about product design, Carlos became an obvious choice to promote as CAD Designer on August 27, 2012. Carlos continues to work as CAD Designer in our Engineering Department as our product line continues to change.

Cinthya was hired as a temp on August 13, 2007 as a Temp Clerk in the Production Department. Cinthya became a permanent employee at client company on March 17, 2008 and was promoted to Fabrication Clerk. Cinthya has always had a positive attitude and get along with everyone. Cinthya was promoted to Production Planning Coordinator on November 3, 2008. Cynthia continued to do an outstanding job and was promoted again on December 6, 2010 to Production Scheduler Coordinator and again on January 30, 2012 to Senior Production Scheduler. Cynthia’s organizational and interpersonal skills lead to promotion to her current position as Project Coordinator on January 9, 2013. Cinthya is pursuing her BA Degree and continues to be a valuable asset at client company.

Jorge worked hard and with his excellent work ethic, he became a permanent employee at client company on December 3, 2012 as a Packline Area Leader. Jorge continued to work hard and was promoted again to Scheduling Unit Supervisor on September 23, 2013. As client company began to expand markets, Jorge was promoted as Electronic Assembly Supervisor on August 15, 2016. In this position, Jorge continues to work hard and has been a huge asset to client company.
